Feb 28, 2007 - I've been fixing the backgrounds, fixing the broken links, removing links to off-site pages that are no longer online. I've found a few pages that are missing, and i'll have to dig into my old backup files to see if i still have copies of them. I'll get to that when i can.
Those pages thus far are:
Feb 7, 2007 - ~*takes a deep breath and blows, watching the dust billow and scatter* ~
I know its been a while. I've been poking around here for a couple weeks, I had 3000 emails to sort through, delete the tons of spam, find and save all the sharing our wisdom entires. Read through all the emails of ladies seeking advice. Appoligies to all who never got a reply back. I've been out of the loop for a long time. I did read through all the emails tho, and I hope that you all found the answers and help you were seeking. In the future I hope to add information inspired by some of the questions I have been asked. That in due time.
So I'm taking little steps making my way back towards my women's work. I'm rekindling my interest of going to get an herbalists degree. But before I do that, I felt i needed to get my website back into shape. Fix the broken links, fix the backgrounds, process all the Sharing our Wisdom entries and get that data into my database. So for now those are my goals. I have 200ish SoW entries to process so it will take me a while, uploading them to the website is the last step. Today my goal is to fix those backgrounds, and maybe some of the broken links. Small goals... one step at a time. If you find a background that i haven't gotten to, if you make your web browser smaller so you don't see the border on the right, the text should wrap and you should see everything just fine.
March 24, 2005 - Today updated Menstrual/Fertility Cycle.
March 24, 2003 - Today the newly updated, and facelifted fertility awareness section went live. The old directory is still up, but will eventually be removed. Took me a while to get everything pulled together to the point where I felt its ready for public viewing. There's more things I'd like to add, but it takes time to pull these together too, research needs to be done, diagrams found, and pages written up. I'll add them as time permits.
I've also installed a search box into the website, this feature is only available as long as I stay on my current webhosting plan. I'll be adding more links soon. you can find it here. Search SisterZeus.com
Happy 2002 everybody. Today is January 10th. Its been a while since I've posted any updates, its been a busy season for me, now that winter is here, my goal is to actually make those major changes to certain sections of my website that have been in the works for about a year.
I want to apologize to all of you who had difficulties accessing my website over the last few months. Yahoo decided to implement (or enforce) data transfer limits without telling anyone they were going to do it, leaving web masters like myself to figure out for themselves what the problem is, and why visitors kept getting allocated data transfer limit errors, blocking access to my website for up to an hour at a time. To resolve this problem, I now pay monthy for my website to ensure that noone else gets blocked because of data transfer issues. I chose the web hosting plan that give me a search feature so people may now search my website for information. I do however recommend reading through the website as i have it layed out so that you don't miss important information.
In my spare time, I've been trying to figure out how to alleviate the problem without upgrading to a pay/month web hosting plan. I seriously considered moving my website, but its something I really hate to do, I've been here for about 4 years. After coming very close to moving, I've reconsidered and given in to Yahoo, I feel like they are trying to force owners of large busy website to convert to pay/month web host services (they want to get in on some of that success). So I've decided to try it, and we will see how it goes. I'm just really irritated with Yahoo, they gave me no online support, answered my request for help with worthless generated emails, and couldn't seem to find a person to answer even a single question. So why am I still here? I'm asking myself the same thing, but there are several reasons, it hasn't been an easy decision, and now I need to come up with ways to make the website pay for itself, so I hope you all will be supportive :) Rest assured however, that the information found here in the pages will remain free for all to see.
So anyway, that's what's been going on around here. Now that I've made the decision to stay at least for now, I can get on with the updates, what's to come? An anatomy section, plus I'm going to do an extensive reorganization of the fertility awareness section, and will probably rewrite several of those pages. So bookmark my home page, other pages may disappear once I get the revisions/reorganization done. Plus the pay/month service from yahoo also offers several new features, so these will get worked in over time as well, since I'm paying for them, like it or not, I might as well use them. Right? So keep checking back, changes are in the works. And if anyone gets an allocated data transfer error after today (1/10/02) please do let me know right away. email@example.com

I am pleased to announce a new addition to the site. It is an experiment, which I hope will be of real value. I recently had a suggestion of a message board, I have thought about them in the past, so I finally looked into it. I found a few message boards, but from first impressions they seemed like more work than I was wanting to get into at this time. Then I also found something offered by Yahoo.com They call it a club. Basically it is an easy way to leave messages. People who wish to leave messages have to sign up, join the club. Which in itself is pretty easy to do. At this time the message board is available to the general public. The disadvantage or advantage (depending on how you look at it) is that it is also available through Yahoo, meaning people who have not come through the site can go there. Personally, I would rather this not be. But in order to isolate it from the public, is to require everyone who would like to go view the messages or leave messages would need to email me directly and receive an invitation to join, which doesn't seem very practical. A plus is that the club also comes with a chat forum, so there is a place where members can have chat sessions. Which is an interesting avenue to explore. So the plan is to give it a try.
