As far as the audio file goes, I found it very informative, and wish to include it for women who are working with herbs on a long term basis for improving fertility, correcting cycle imbalances, etc. Its good herbal education for anyone, especially those new to herbs. I also recommend his website, he also wrote a really great women's book on Vitex.
