How long do your cycles usually run? The whole cycle; 28 days, 30 days, more? less? does it vary? It varies.
Do you cycle regularly or irregularly? Fairly regular.

What was the date when the herbs were started? November 8th, 2000
For how many days were the herbs used (total)? 14 days.
What was the date bleeding started if herbs were successful? Spotting on November 20, fully bleeding November 21, 2000

Useful information includes for each herb used: Dong Quai, Vitamin C, Black Cohosh and Evening Primrose Oil
Dong Quai: 4 500mg capsules every 2 hours for entire duration
Vitamin C: Tones every time I could manage to swollow more! (for entire duration) Side effects: Headaches and some diarhea
Black Cohosh:6 500mg capsules every 2 hours for entire duration
Evening Primrose Oil: less frequent....more toward the end and once I began spotting to encourage the opening of my cervix.

Comments -
Other than what I have already said, there is nothing else really. I am just so relieved that there is an alternative to clinical abortions... the only thing scarier than an unwanted pregnancyis the thought of a clinical abortion. I would suggest to anyone to try this alternative first!

Is there anything you would have done differently? No....I was nervose that it wouldn't work on me though, so I was relieved that it did. I live in a small town so it was hard to get my hands on some of the more unusual herbs. I ordered some from the internet, but miscarried before they arrived.
