Would you try herbs again, or recommend them to a friend in the same situation? definitely
Is there anything that clued you in that the herbs might be working before bleeding started? the night and early morning before, i felt less tired, didn't feel hungry, and i felt more like me again
Is this your first pregnancy? no
How long do your cycles usually run? generally 28-29 days
How many weeks pregnant were you when the herbs were started?maybe one or two
What was the date the pregnancy was terminated? july 03 2006
Were you using birth control? yes
Did you experience any symptoms or signs of pregnancy?
other comments: this worked in spite of the fact that the dosing was a little sporadic on the 2nd, because i was celebrating the 4th of july with friends, and couldn't always hear my alarm go off to take the pills
How did the herbs affect you? i felt no real side effects, beyond an ache in my right calf, and feeling thirstier than normal
How did the herbs make you feel physically? i didn't feel terribly different. the difference i felt was anxiety over whether they would work or not
How did being pregnant make you feel physically? this time i didn't feel very different because i caught it so early. but i've been pregnant once before, 3 years ago, and it made me miserable. i had the worst morning and evening sickness. i was only eating one meal a day because thats all i could eat, and i was moody. it felt horrible.
If the herbs caused miscarriage -- how did you feel just before bleeding began? i felt a little less "fuzzy in my head". i felt like i was thinking a lot more clearly.
And when bleeding started - How was the bleeding, cramping, etc? Many women would like to know more about this part. If you can describe what it was like for you it would be helpful.
For me it wasn't terrible, because right after i started the C, i was getting very very minor cramping, and a little ache in my lower back that would last maybe 20 minutes, and then go away. i'd get this once or twice each day. and then the morning before the bleeding began, i got cramps like i normally do. although these might be slightly worse. but i don't cramp very badly at all. it could be different for a woman who cramps badly.
Could you reflect on the process of a herbal abortion and write a paragraph about it. I would like to add something of this nature to my website, but would like other experiences to draw upon besides my own.
Thanks.
i think herbal abortion is something that definitely needs to get out there, rather than being restricted to some circles. your web site is a great idea. personally, if a person can catch it early ,and use herbal abortion successfully, i far prefer it to clinical abortion. i've had one myself. and while the abortion itself was not necessarily a negative experience in itself, the feeling surrounding me, and the guy i was with at the time, as well as the tension it created between me and my family and others who knew was negative.
herbal abortion provides a far more private manner of taking care of unwanted pregnancy. however, women who try this do need to know that it doesn't always work, and they will need to accept that fact. this is something i think many more women need to know about. actually committing to doing the herbal abortion may be a hassle, but it is very very worth it.
