It is a book for every woman who is interested in how her body works and the changes we go through each cycle. How to use signals our bodies give us to avoid or achieve pregnancy. Information on using fertility awareness during menopause, sex selection of the baby, Infertility for both men and women, and much more. I just got a copy and am very pleased.

One of my favorite books. She includes all aspects of fertility going into pregnancy and after the baby is born. There is information on fertility promoters and herbal birth control, menstrual promoters, uterine contractors, I think she covers every thing you need to know about pregnancy and how herbs can be used to aid the pregnancy and birthing process.
