Educating women about our bodies and focusing on avoiding pregnancy has been my passion since the early 90's, it started as my own personal journey... from something as simple as not wanting to continue putting hormones (birth control pills) into my body. What was a personal mission to find a different way to deal with contraception inspired a desire to share the things I was discovering with other women. Today that desire to share knowledge is expressed here in this corner of the electronic universe, I hope you enjoy your visit and hopefully learn something new.
