Having already had my children, I was not ready for another. I became a little discouraged after the first week, and almost discontinued use. However, I kept taking the capsules and it worked. The success was confirmed by another ultrasound, showing cramp striation on the uterus. Thank you for keeping up this invaluable site.

Dong Quai capsules 2000 mg every 4 hours,
Black Cohosh capsules 2000 mg every 4 hours,
Vitamin C tablets 1000 mg every 4 hours for approximately 3 weeks.
Bleeding began after 2 ½ weeks. Cramping was significant, and bleeding continued for about 10 days.
